Vendor Information

The Spring/Summer 2018 consignment event marks our 28th sale, all of which have been held at the same centrally located venue. Each year we have grown - our sales have over 500 consignors and over 4,000 shoppers. Our event has been covered by First Coast News, Channel 4 News, and the Florida Times Union. It is advertised on Fun4FirstCoastKids.com, vendor websites, and social media. Additionally we distribute more than 25,000+ flyers to local schools, gyms, daycares, dance studios and businesses. All of this marketing and advertising brings consumers directly to you!

Finders Keepers Children’s Consignment provides a targeted group of consumers: families. Parents, grandparents and educators are constantly looking for unique gift ideas, new service providers, birthday party ideas and fun things to do with the children in their lives.

Vendors receive a 10’ wide x 7’ deep display area inside the main auditorium with 8’ table and 2 chairs. Customers queue through the vendor area to check out so you have the opportunity to interact with over 4,000 shoppers!

We use the huge 28,000 sq ft exhibit hall in the front of the building!

Vendors set up tables for the Consignor/Guest Presale on Wednesday. The regular sale days are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This gives you 4 days in front of your target audience!

In the best interest of all, no two booths will represent the same type of business on any given day. 

COST:  $150.00 -- Must be prepaid and submitted with your signed contract. All prepaid booth rentals are non-refundable.

We will place your ad on our website the day we receive payment and it stays until three months after the sale.

SPECIAL PRICE FOR BOOTH VENDORS! If you are participating as a booth vendor, you qualify for a reduced rate of $25.00 for a website ad.

Banner

We will place your provided banner behind our registers during our 5-day event! We expect over 4,000 shoppers to attend!

Receipts

Receipt Paper Advertisers supply customer receipt printer paper pre-printed with their advertising on ONE side. Paper must be white or a color that black ink shows well on. Customer receipts will be printed on the back side of the paper.

NOTE: We will accept only 3 Receipt Paper Advertisers per sale.

NOTE: In the best interest of all, no two Receipt ads will represent the same company name or type of business.

COST: $50 and advertisers will be responsible for supplying the receipt paper (up to 500 sheets of size 8 ½” x 11”).
